Vfit is a platform of Shen Zhen Weier Health Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Weier Health" or "We") to provide you with the control and management of wearable intelligent devices. In order to provide you with Vfit services so that you can safely connect and manage wearable intelligent devices, we may collect your Wi Fi information, location information, login account information, mobile phone related information, wearable intelligent device related information, as well as the associated information between Weier Health account and wearable intelligent devices. Such information will be used to provide you with the functions of fast connection to wearable intelligent device, connection, discovery of nearby device and device management. The above information is listed in detail as follows:
• Login account information: Weier Health account, nickname, and avatar information.
• Mobile phone related information: Hardware device identifications (IMEI, Mac address, Android ID), mobile phone model, system version information, system language, country or region set by the mobile phone, version number of app store, mobile phone screen size and resolution, CPU and display device related information.
• Wearable intelligent device related information: Wearable intelligent device identifications (such as device’s IMEI, Mac address, IP address), Bluetooth information, software and firmware version number information of the wearable intelligent device.
(2) Application and intelligent hardware upgrade
In order to enable you to continue to enjoy the latest Vfit services, we may use the version information and mobile phone model of your Vfit application to provide you with Vfit application upgrade services. At the same time, we may collect the list and version number information of your connected wearable intelligent devices to provide you with the upgrade function of such devices, and to ensure that you can use the latest version of services (including firmware version).
(3) User software installation list
In order to push the message of user software to the device, we need to obtain the user software installation list and offer a switch for the User to decide whether to push it to the device or not.
(4) Contact list
Obtain the contact list in your mobile phone for synchronizing to the device, which can realize the phone function of the device.
(5) User feedback
We may collect the feedback questions that you send to us, the feedback log, and the telephone number or email that you filled in. Such information will be used to enable us to better understand the problems that you encounter and contact you.
(6) Statistical data
We may also collect other information that cannot identify specific individuals, e.g. statistical data generated when you use specific services, such as user operation behavior (including click, page jump and browsing time). (iv) Device permissions that we use
Storage permission: When you use functions such as sharing, social networking, login account, you can choose to enable this permission to read or write the application usage information, pictures, videos and step number intermediate data. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.
Camera permission: When you need to upload your avatar, we need to apply and obtain your permission to complete the picture shooting. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.
Location permission: When you use the functions such as track picture generated by single motion, Bluetooth pairing, weather push or other location related search, you can choose to enable this permission to determine your current location information. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.
Phone permission: When the wearable device uses the functions such as receiving and making calls, rejecting calls, receiving incoming call information, you can choose to enable this permission to obtain the phone status. If you do not agree with this permission, it may affect the normal use of sports health functions.
Microphone permission: When you use the call function with a wearable device or use the audio interface to transmit data, you need to access the microphone permission. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.
Call record permission: When you use the wearable device to push missed call number, control volume and call channel, you can choose to enable this permission to display missed call number on the paired device and synchronize call status. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.
Contact list permission: When you use add contact service with a wearable device, you can choose to enable this permission to quickly import the contact list into the wearable device to initiate a call. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.
SMS permission: When you use wearable device to receive SMS, you can choose to enable this permission. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.
You can access system “Settings” at any time to manage your system permissions.
(v) How will we use such personal information
The purpose of collecting personal information is to provide you with products or services; we will not analyze your personal information to push personalized content and promise that we comply with applicable laws. You hereby agree that we process personal information for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy and disclose personal information to our affiliates (which involve communication, social media, technology, and cloud businesses) and third-party service providers (as defined below).

In order to successfully engage in business operations and provide you with all the functions of products and services, some of the service contents in the business are provided by third-party service providers.
